Oscar has been in the construction industry for over 16 yrs, has worked most of the different trades. Has been licensed by the state of Florida since 2007. Florida Certified building contractor CBC1257321. Has worked on large residential and commercial projects, Retail and restaurant building.  Managed large projects in the Miami and Orlando  area, turn key and build design projects.
